The oldest of the CAC churches, Telok Ayer Chinese Methodist Church was birthed through the pioneering efforts of Bishop Thoburn and Dr. Benjamin West in 1889. The current church building has been gazetted as a national monument and to this day, this church stands as a continuing witness of God’s abiding faithfulness.
